Challenge
This was a massive undertaking involving 10 different unit types and a mix of residential and hospitality spaces.
The main task was keeping a consistent "look and feel" across more than 20 renders while making sure each specific unit type felt like its own unique space. It wasn't just about volume; it was about maintaining a high level of detail across a very broad scope.
Approach
We worked side-by-side with the interior architects to make sure the visuals were doing justice to the design intent. Instead of just "producing images," we focused on the subtle details, the way light hits different textures and how the transition from hotel to home felt helping the client and investors really buy into the atmosphere we were creating.
